Cannes 2005 - Day 1 - Wednesday, 5/11

Today was ostensibly a travel day. I imagined I would have some time to write a complete diary of the trip, but after 36 hours, I’m already 2 days behind. So I hope you’ll forgive me for not spinning a larger tale. Hopefully, the photos will suffice. Definitely More tomorrow. (which, by now, is actually yesterday.)

Steve got dropped off right near the apartment and managed to walk a mile in the wrong direction looking for it. Thank God I got my phone tonight and was able to talk him in. He finally got a lift from a Morrocan Chauffeur. Apparently a black man can't get a taxi in France either.
