Day 2 (Thursday, 5/12)
Good things are happenning already. When I finally got around to reading the 51 emails that accumulated while I was travelling, I found that my latest film "Science" has been chosen to be one of only 10 shorts to be part of the SILENCE ON COURT online festival. http://www.silenceoncourt.tv/ This means you can all watch it online and vote for it, perhaps winning me a very posh new HD camera. And for voting you're also entered to win the new Sony MP3 player which also sounds very nice.
The whole site is in French, so it might be a little tricky. You find Science. Once you watch it (only 4 minutes) click "Votez", then "cliquez ici" to enter an email address. A few seconds later, you'll get an e-mail with a link that will let you vote. If you could give it 5 stars, gee, that would be great. I don't think they'll let you vote more than once.

Silence on Court Update
I didn't win the camera. They gave it to a film from Montreal called "The Eye" which you can also view on they site. It was in French with wall to wall voice over, so I couldn't really follow it. |
